We are ISO 9001:2000 accredited. This award is recognised worldwide, and shows our continuing commitment to quality. It is rigorously audited on a regular basis to ensure that the quality of service we provide is the highest possible at all times.

BTPA 
We are members of the Business Test Publishers Association, the main commercially-owned UK centre for information and advice on psychometric tests, as well as on other business techniques based on human psychology. We abide by their code of conduct, which can be found on their website.

Association for Coaching
Consulting Tools is a member of the Association for Coaching, an independent non-profit organisation with the goal to promote best practice, raise awareness and standards across the coaching industry. Membership allows us access to current debate on coaching related issues and helps us tailor our products and supporting materials to the needs of coaches.

ASC 
The Association for Survey Computing was formed in order to improve knowledge of good practice in survey computing and to disseminate information on techniques and survey software. The Association keeps its members up to date with the role of computers in all aspects of the survey research process, particularly in the emerging in the fields of integration, dissemination and communication of survey data and survey results. Membership of this association helps us to ensure the quality of our online 360º feedback and survey work.

BPS 
Our psychometric trainers are British Psychological Society Chartered Psychologists, and we have access to a number of psychologists in support of our client work.

UK Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development 
Our director and senior staff are either Fellow or other grades in the UK Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and abide by its professional codes of conduct.

MRS 
Our management team hold affiliate membership with the Market Research Society.

BS7799 
Further to our compliance with the Data Protection Act and our Data Storage Policy, we are actively working towards the standards required for BS7799 certification. We hope to have achieved this by the end of 2006.

ISO 14001 
We constantly aim to reduce the impact our business has on the environment. Therefore, we continuously seek ways to minimise any impact on the environment that we may have as much as possible. To further this aim, we are working towards gaining ISO 14001 accreditation, which we hope to have in place by the end of 2006.
